How to collect the certificate

1. Certificates can be collected in person at the secretary office of the Center for Polish Language and Culture (Zielona Góra, al.Wojska Polskiego 69, room 109). To collect the certificate  you must present an identity document.
2. You can authorize another person to collect the certificate. The authorization must include the passport or ID card number of both yourself and the authorized person.
3. Certificate can be sent to you by mail (registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt).
4. Unclaimed certificates will be sent to the address provided in the application only once.

We will notify you of the certificate collection dates via email.
