- TELC exam in Polish language as foreign at the Zielona Góra University will take place on 27.09.2025 at level B1/B2 for adults.
- On 20-21.09.2025 there will be an online exam preparation course.
- The exam consists of two parts: written and oral. Both parts will take place on 27.09.2025, in the building of the Faculty of Humanities, 69 Wojska Polskiego Avenue, Zielona Góra at 9.00 a.m. There are free parking lots near the buildings.
- Please come to the above address at 8:30 am to register for the exam. You should bring your passport and another document with a photo. Your identity will be checked. Those who are late (after 9:00) will not take the exam. The exam after the informational meeting (mandatory) will start around 9:15 a.m.
- Jackets, backpacks, bags will be put in one place in the room. It is mandatory to bring a pencil with you. It is not allowed to write with a pen. Eating and drinking during the exam is not allowed.
- Before the exam, upon the entrance to the room, you will be asked to give all electronic devices you bring to the depository (tablets, smartwatches, phones; phones must be turned off). You will be given envelopes, which you will sign and seal after putting your device in them. You will pick them up only after finishing the written part of the exam. Please take only the necessary devices, we are not responsible for them.
- The exam consists of two components: written and oral. The written component of the exam consists of four parts. There are no breaks between the written parts of the exam. After the written exam there is a 30-minute break, followed by the oral exams.
- After the break, the examinee has 20 minutes to prepare for the oral part. Examinees enter the oral exam in pairs.
- Oral exams take the seat assigned by the organizer. Changing seats during the exam is not allowed.
- There will be a dial clock in the room to help you keep track of time.
- At the beginning, the detailed rules of the exam will be explained. It will be possible to ask questions.
- By e-mail and on the door of the room, the order of those taking the oral exam will be announced.
- Please report all additional problems and needs via e-mail to: certyfikatpolski@uz.zgora.pl. Those declaring special needs must send a document confirming their eligibility for accommodations.
- It is possible to withdraw from the exam, but withdrawal of the fee is possible only if a request explaining the reason for the withdrawal and with the account number for the refund of the fee will be sent no later than 20 days before the exam. After this period, withdrawing from the exam (for personal reasons) will not result in a refund of the exam fee and certificate. If you do not take the exam due to illness, on the basis of a doctor's note, you can apply for a refund of part (70 PLN)of the fee ( which is the application fee). The doctor's note should be sent to certyfikatpolski@uz.zgora.pl no later than the day of the exam.
- It is very important to correctly enter the data in the application form. Based on this data, a certificate will be issued (after passing the exam). It is worthwhile when verifying the data to carefully check whether the data provided is correct, and if not, to report this fact to the organizer. Incorrect data in the registration application will result in the issuance of a new certificate and a charge of additional 200 PLN (for the certificate).

- Zielona Góra University is under surveillance. The exam may be recorded (audio and video) for the purpose of monitoring the event. By accepting the regulations, you also consent to recording inside the facility.
